Description

• Continuous single-lane washing machine designed for washing KLT containers, lids, trays, and pallets with maximum dimensions of up to 800 mm in height and 400 mm in width.
• The machine is designed for industrial use where high cleanliness of washed parts is essential. The washing process takes place in a closed cycle with an automatic transport system and controlled temperature and pressure of the washing water.
• After washing, the washed items achieve the following surface cleanliness parameters according to particle contamination measurements:
• Reflecting particles (metal particles): ≤ 600 μm
• Non-reflective particles (non-metal particles): ≤ 800 μm
• (Fiber evaluation is excluded from the assessment.)
