Description

Continuous single-lame washing machine designed for washing steel pipes with a maximum diameter of up to 40 mm and a length of up to 600 mm.

The machine is designed for industrial operations requiring high-quality cleaning of metal parts. The washing process takes place in several steps (washing, rinsing, drying) in a closed circuit with automatic control of temperature, pressure, and washing liquid flow.

Thanks to the single-track continuous design, smooth transport of parts and consistent cleaning quality are ensured without the need for operator intervention.

The machine is made of stainless steel, equipped with automatic filtration of the cleaning medium and an energy-efficient drying system that minimizes operating costs and increases operational efficiency.
